Who Can Claim a Listing?

You may claim your product if you are:

  • The founder or co-founder
  • A team member of the product/company
  • A marketer, product manager, or growth manager
  • A PR/communications representative
  • Anyone who is officially authorized to act on behalf of the company

We do not allow unauthorized third parties or freelancers with no affiliation to claim a listing.

How to Claim Your Listing?

Step 1 — Fill Out the Contact Form

Provide your company and contact details so we can verify ownership.

Verification Requirements:

  • Your Full Name
  • Work Email (must match company domain)
  • Your Role (Founder / Team Member / Marketer / Product Manager / PR)
  • Tool Name
  • Link to Current TechSuggest Listing
  • Official Company Website
  • Verification Notes (optional)

Step 2 — Verification

Our team will verify your information by checking:

  • Company domain in your email
  • Public staff listings (LinkedIn / company website)
  • Tool website ownership
  • Submitted supporting details

Step 3 — Approval

Once verified, we will:

  • Mark you as the official representative
  • Provide access to update your listing
  • Review optional improvements you submit

Step 4 — Listing Updated

Our editorial team updates your listing according to the new information you provide.

Typical processing time: 2–4 business days

How We Keep Claims Secure

We take ownership verification seriously. We may reject or request additional proof if:

  • Email domain does not match the company
  • You cannot verify your connection to the product
  • The product is inactive or discontinued
  • Information appears incomplete or inconsistent

Your listing will never be transferred to unauthorized individuals.
